Shipping Rates
Delivery Service
Orders from Matt O'Brien Fashions are shipped through the National Postal Service in Ireland (An Post). Orders are passed onto the national postal service in the destination country.
Each order will have a tracking number that can be tracked on the An Post website and on the website of the national postal service of the destination once it arrives in that country.
Delivery times in the Republic of Ireland are generally 1-2 business days
Delivery times in the UK are generally 3-5 business days
Delivery times in the EU are generally 4-14 business days
Delivery times to Australia / New Zealand are 5 - 21 business days
Please note that these times are approximate only and depend on the postal service. Matt O'Brien Fashions has no control of delivery once orders have been shipped.

Gift Voucher Shipping Rates:
In-store vouchers to anywhere in Ireland will be posted to the address provided within 48 hours. There is a €1 charge for postage.
Get in touch if you want us to include a personal message to the recipient.
In-store vouchers being shipped inside the EU (including UK) will be charged €5.00
All online / digital vouchers will be sent to the email address you provide no later than 24 hours after purchase.
Local Delivery - County Longford
We offer a limited Same day local delivery service to customers in County Longford, Ireland. Orders of €75 or more placed before 5pm can be delivered on the same day between 6pm and 8pm (Monday to Friday only).
Local delivery charge of €5 applies. A valid Eircode and contact phone number are essential for local delivery. Please get in touch for same day local delivery. Get in touch if you need local delivery.
Delivery information
Pick Up (Click & Collect)
If you wish to order on our website but collect your purchase in our shop, select "Pick Up" on the check-out page.
Pick up is available between 11am and 5pm the day after your purchase. In the case our shop is closed the following day, please get in contact to arrange a suitable pickup time using the contact information provided on the "contact" page of this website.
Delivery
We endeavor to ship all orders placed before 5pm the same day, however orders will be shipped no later than 3 working days after purchase.
The expected delivery is 1–2 business days for Island of Ireland, 3–5 business days for the UK, 5-14 business days for the EU and 5-21 business days for Australia / New Zealand.
All orders are shipped via our partners An Post and will have assigned tracking numbers. We have no control over the delivery time once we ship orders.
In the case of an item being found out of stock after purchase, we will inform you as soon as possible. In this scenario we will advise of earliest possible delivery of purchase, or we will offer a full refund.
UK Orders - Customs/Brexit
Orders of value above £135 (Pounds Sterling) may be subject to UK customs charges. This applies to UK mainland only.

Christmas Orders
Please be aware of dates for the last post for parcels if you want to ensure delivery before Christmas:
Ireland - 20th December (An Post)
UK - 17th December (An Post International)
EU - 11th December (An Post International)
In order to receive your items before Christmas please order by the relevant dates.
