Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are at your own expense, we do not offer free returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like underwear and socks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@mattobrienfashions.ie.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind, we offer store credit or a full refund.
Any returns must be received within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will only be processed if returned items have all original labels, tags and packaging. Returns must not be worn or show any signs of damage, staining or odour. Please care for any items until they are returned as we have to sell them again.
Matt O'Brien Fashions reserves the right to refuse refunds if items are not returned in their original condition.
By making a purchase on this website you are agreeing to these terms.
Items found to be faulty must be returned within 28 days of purchase. If the fault is genuine we will offer a full refund.
All returns are at your own expense.
Christmas Presents
If you are purchasing a Christmas present for someone else we will accept returns and exchanges until the end of January. Proof of purchase must be provided for returns.
Gift Vouchers
Matt O'Brien Fashions Gift Vouchers are valid for 5 years from date of purchase.
In-Store Gift Vouchers are physical vouchers that can only be redeemed in-store.
In-store gift vouchers will be posted to the address you provide within 3 business days of purchase.
Digital Gift Cards are digital vouchers that can be redeemed on our website and in our Longford shop.
Digital Gift Cards will be sent to your email address once they have been approved (this can take up to 6 hours but usually happens within minutes)
To use a Digital Gift Card in our Longford shop, please print it and present it at checkout.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift Vouchers are non-transferable.
